Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. We understand plans change just contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, and we’ll happily reschedule or cancel at no extra cost.
Do I need to pay in advance when booking?
No advance payment is required. You can choose to pay after the cleaning is completed via cash, bank transfer, or POS. However, some commercial or large-scale jobs may require a deposit.
